Venture Readiness Program

At the Center for Economic Growth (CEG), we support high-growth, scalable companies by pairing them with expert Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) and facilitating access to venture funding through our partnership with Launch NY.

Through our collaboration with Launch NY, startups gain direct access to venture funding that helps them secure the capital needed to scale. At the same time, our EIRs provide hands-on mentorship, guiding founders through critical business strategy, investor readiness, and developing a growth mindset. These industry veterans offer strategic insights, network connections, and operational expertise to help companies navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

By combining targeted mentorship with access to capital, we are strengthening the Capital Region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and driving sustainable economic growth.
