As a part of their export plan, U.S. companies have to daily address export challenges about GDPR – Privacy in making shipments to mainly EU countries. GDPR began as a European Data Protection Directive. Businesses should consider two things when creating their GDPR privacy policy. Selling goods and services to EU residents means that a company is subject to the GDPR and businesses should create their GDPR policy before an EU individual becomes a customer.
