Full Day LEAN 101 Course led by Tom Bell, Project Director, Technology Services, CEG BGS

Experience the power of lean and the changes and benefits of moving from a traditional environment to a lean environment by participating in a simulation workshop. Learn about the eight wastes and how to apply standardized work, workplace organization, visual controls, set-up reduction, batch-size reduction, point-of-use storage, quality at the source, workforce practices and pull systems to eliminate these wastes. Participation in this workshop before taking part in other workshops is recommended.
