Don Wiesenforth, Senior Vice President, Business Growth Solutions and Center Director for the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), is a seasoned leader with 26+ years’ diverse experience, owning a manufacturing company, co-founding an exhibition management firm, and leading lean transformations. As a strategic advisor, he excels in servant leadership, fostering staff engagement, operational excellence, and change management. Don is certified in TWI, a blackbelt in Innovation Engineering, and a proficient lean leader. He holds an MBA from SUNY Albany and a BS in Marketing Management from Bentley College.

Carlos Flores, Vice President, Business Development – Business Growth Solutions began his career at General Electric, advancing from customer service to roles in sales and management. With a background in leadership at GE and Davis-Standard LLC, he joined Cyanco International as VP of Latam & VP of Sales & Marketing, leading growth initiatives. Carlos holds a Diploma in Executive Top Management from IPADE Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Skidmore College, Six Sigma certifications, and has completed diverse leadership and technical seminars.
