Join The Albany Capital Center (ACC) along with the Center for Economic Growth (CEG), Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) in welcoming the largest Northeast collegiate Esports event to-date to the Capital Region.

The conference and expo will feature the ECAC Esports Championships presenting three popular game titles, inlcuding Overwatch, League of Legends, and Fortnite.  The Expo will showcase regional game development studios, Empire State Development’s Digital Game Hubs at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and New York University, college programs focused on games and Esports, local artists, independent developers and other Esports lifestyle brands, hands-on gameplay, retail vendors and more.

Participating ECAC esports members, who will be competing for a championship title at HV Gamer Con 2019 at the ACC currently include, Canisius College, DeSales University, Drew University, Keuka College, Mansfield University, Marist College, Moravian College, Neumann University, Quinnipiac University, Sacred Heart University, Saint Peter’s University, Siena College, Stevenson University, Stockton University, SUNY Canton and Texas Wesleyan University.

The expo will cater to the regional gaming and esports community, featuring up to 50 vendors. It will showcase regional game development studios, Empire State Development’s Digital Game Hubs at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and New York University, college programs focused on games and esports, local artists, independent developers and other esports lifestyle brands. Portions of the expo will feature hands-on gameplay and retail vendors.
