The presentation will provide an overview of SBA services and local Resource Partners, who provide low- and no-cost support to small businesses.

Jeffrey Boyce was appointed Upstate New York Branch Manager for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in March of 2020. In this role he manages a significant portion of the District’s 34-county territory, collaborating with public and private sector agencies, organizations, and individuals to promote SBA capital access programs, in addition to other SBA federal resources that assist small business owners and entrepreneurs. Mr. Boyce also serves as SBA’s Project Officer for the New York Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network.
