• Group 2: Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Homes and Community Renewal, Department of State (LWRP & BOA Program), NYS Council on the Arts, and NYS Canal Corporation
• Group 3: NYS Energy Research and Development Authority, Environmental Facilities Corporation, NY Power Authority, Department of Environmental Conservation
