Unihog is a repurposed mannequin factory turned music venue and community gathering space featuring regional entertainment and a fantastic, farm-centric food partnership called. Owner Jasen Vonguiness works with abandoned factory / production spaces, turning them into vibrant gathering places in rural Hoosick Falls. Jasen’s food partner at Unihog is Sumo’s Kitchen, where Maestro Gary Yeung brings a Chinese twist to classic food from America and abroad. In a partnership with several area farms, Gary explores a fusion of flavors with his own creative signature style.

Argyle Brewing is joining us on the road trip and will be providing drink tastings! The owners of the Argyle Brewing Company are dedicated to making the best craft beers you will drink in Washington County, or anywhere else. Argyle Brewing Company is dedicated to Washington County and all it has to offer. They believe in community and when you visit the brewery you will be treated like family. From the brewing equipment used, to the ingredients, they are dedicated to increasing opportunities for artisans, farmers, and entrepreneurs by using locally sourced hops and barleys, and carrying locally made goods.
