“Global computer chip sales hit $56.5 billion in January, a record for the month, the Semiconductor Industry Association revealed.
That follows a record year of sales in 2024 when worldwide chip sales hit $627.6 billion.

Albany soccer stadium plan adds new partners and potential USL teams
“The small group of local businesspeople who want to build a large mixed-use development anchored by a stadium in downtown Albany have made several major changes since announcing their plans nearly a year ago.
They dropped MLS Next Pro, a men’s development league for Major League Soccer, in favor of bringing women’s and men’s teams that would play in a fast-growing, competing professional soccer league, USL.”
New Saratoga condos near Congress Park would look like historic hotel – Albany Business Review
“A Saratoga Springs couple is looking to build a new condo development on the city’s east side that ties back to a historic hotel that used to be on the property.
Vincent and Katherine LaTerra have filed plans with the city to build an 18,500-square-foot condo building with six units on a undeveloped corner lot at Park Place and Cottage Street in the neighborhood between Congress Park and the Saratoga Race Course.”
