GlobalFoundries will make chips for Lockheed Martin in upstate New York
“GlobalFoundries has reached an agreement to supply secure computer chips to fighter jet and weapons manufacturer Lockheed Martin.
The chipmaker announced the partnership Monday at its Malta headquarters during a news conference with Lockheed Martin chief executive Jim Taiclet, GlobalFoundries chief executive Tom Caulfield and U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.”
Granville furniture company CEO earns international honor
“Kathy Juckett was announced as the recipient of the 2023 International Casual Furnishings Association Lifetime Achievement Award and will soon get to hold the award herself.
Juckett, CEO of Telescope Casual Furniture in Granville, will receive the award at the ICFA Awards Gala on July 11 at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Juckett joined the family busines after college.”
Bestpass CEO Tom Fogarty on how they’re growing the tolling services company
“ince Tom Fogarty joined Bestpass, a toll payment platform for trucking fleets that’s based in Colonie, the company’s customer count has tripled to over 30,000.
Bestpass has also expanded its product lines through acquisitions and added 60 employees.”
