80 Main is a 25,000-square-foot, three-story mixed-use building from developer Joe Leuci of Foothill Builders. The building is right off Exit 18 of the Northway, heading toward downtown Glens Falls. It includes 7,000 square feet of retail or office space on the ground floor. The two upper floors have 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments.”
