Heidi Knoblauch, owner of Plumb Oyster Bar and founder of Receipt HQ, will speak at the CAN’T MISS BizLab-Clarkson Lunchtime Entrepreneurship Series on Thursday, May 16.

Knoblauch has been a major newsmaker in recent months. She started Receipt HQ out of her experience running Plumb Oyster Bar, where she’s had to save thousand and thousands of pieces of paper (receipts) for three years. That led her to have the thought that entrepreneurs tend to have: There has to be a better way.

Tickets to hear Knoblauch speak are $10 for the general public. Attendees will have time to network, eat a great lunch and hear an amazing speaker and be out the door in an hour!
