We’re getting our first look at Albany and reseller’s proposal to land Amazon’s second headquarters through renderings and a video released for the Center for Economic Growth.
The CEG says the downtown headquarters would straddle the Hudson River. The proposal includes 2 million square feet of office space in Albany between the Times Union Center and Broadway. There’s the additional capacity for 6 million square feet in reseller, at De Laet’s Landing.
The proposal says the two sites could be connected with a pedestrian bridge, water taxies or a gondola.
