Bob Samson, the former IBMer who is now the chief information officer for the state, will be the keynote speaker at the Center for Economic Growth’s annual technology awards in Schenectady on June 29.
Samson was named the New York State Chief Information Officer at the state’s Office of Information Technology Services back in April by Gov. Andrew Cuomo. He has also been involved with one of the real estate entities at SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
The tech awards ceremony is being held at 4:30 p.m. on June 29 at the Rivers Casino in Schenectady.
