This series is designed to help start-ups effectively understand and develop their their business plan by gaining tangible experience in 90 minute hands on workshops.
1. Business Landscape Mapping 4/19 | 6:00 – 7:30pm
Learn how to create a high level, structured way of visualizing key components (revenue, costs & key partners) of your business model and how they work together.
2. Estimating Your Market Size 4/28 | 6:00 – 7:30pm
Market size is the critical component to understanding your business model and learning how to obtain and analyze this data is critical to making strategic business decisions including customer discovery and financial estimates.
3. Building Your Financial Estimates 5/3 | 6:00 – 7:30pm
Establishing early assumptions on your financials is key to testing your business model. Topics to include income and cash flow statements, revenue and expenditures, and value of accounting systems.
4. Non Dilutive Funds 5/10 | 6:00 – 7:30pm
Non-dilutive funding refers to any capital that a business owner receives that doesn’t require them to give up equity or ownership. Join us as we explore ways to access working capital without giving away any ownership or equity of your business.
