NYS Issues Guidance on Essential Business

New York State has issued guidance as to what businesses are considered essential and those subject to the mandated 75% workforce reduction. We strongly encourage ALL businesses review these requirements and comply given the greater need for public health and safety.   

However, if you feel your business provides an essential service, consistent with New York State directive, your company can appeal.  For your reference, the executive order can be found here.
