NY Loves Nanotech to Represent Region at Material Research Society Fall Meeting

ALBANY, N.Y. – A number of New York state companies and economic development organizations, collaborating under the NY Loves Nanotech banner, will travel to Hynes Convention Center in Boston from Nov. 27 through 29 to participate in the Materials Research Society (MRS) 2007 Fall Meeting.
“For the third consecutive year, NY Loves Nanotech will market the region’s technology resources at one of the key annual events for the global materials science and engineering communities,” said F. Michael Tucker, CEG’s president and CEO. “By approaching the MRS Fall Meeting with this collaborative model, we can help generate opportunities for each exhibiting partner while also promoting the combined strength of New York state’s nanotechnology and advanced material sectors.”
The group will set up a pavilion-style exhibit area at the event as part of an international exhibit highlighting products and services for the materials industry. The event is completely sold out with 244 companies occupying 294 booths and more than 5,000 industry representatives expected to attend.
