TROY -- Eleven entrepreneurs from the city of Montpellier in the south of France were in town this week, hoping to get some American dollars.
All are members of the Montpellier Agglomeration's Business Innovation Centre, a business incubator that signed a partnership agreement with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's incubator about a year ago.
